By accessing and using the Coding Sharks website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this website or enroll in our courses.

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Course enrollment is subject to availability and acceptance by Coding Sharks. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment to any applicant without providing a reason.

Once enrolled, students will receive access to course materials, resources, and instructor support as outlined in the course description.

Course access is granted for the duration specified at the time of enrollment. Extended access may be provided at our discretion or upon additional payment.

Students must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and are responsible for all activities conducted under their account.

All course fees must be paid in full before course commencement unless an installment plan has been explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Accepted payment methods include online payments, bank transfers, and other methods as specified on our website.

All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. Please review our refund terms carefully before enrollment.

Coding Sharks reserves the right to modify course fees at any time. However, fee changes will not affect students already enrolled in a course.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of course access until payment is received.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of course enrollment to be eligible for consideration.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14-21 business days from the date of approval.

No refunds will be provided after 7 days of enrollment or once 25% of the course has been completed, whichever comes first.

Course cancellations by Coding Sharks will result in a full refund of fees paid.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing fees, if any, are non-refundable.

Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward instructors, staff, and fellow students.

Any form of harassment, discrimination, cheating, or plagiarism will result in immediate termination from the course without refund.

Students must actively participate in classes, complete assignments on time, and maintain academic integrity.

Sharing course materials, recordings, or proprietary content with non-enrolled individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

All course content, including but not limited to videos, presentations, code, documents, and assignments, is the intellectual property of Coding Sharks.

Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials solely for personal educational purposes.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any course materials without explicit written permission is prohibited.

Students retain ownership of projects and code they create during courses, but grant Coding Sharks the right to showcase them as portfolio examples.

Coding Sharks will make reasonable efforts to deliver courses as scheduled. However, we reserve the right to modify course schedules, instructors, or content as needed.

In the event of instructor unavailability, a qualified substitute will be provided, or the class will be rescheduled.

Students will be notified of any significant changes to course delivery at least 48 hours in advance via email or the student portal.

Recorded sessions will be made available to enrolled students for review, subject to the access period defined in the course terms.

Certificates of completion will be issued to students who successfully complete all course requirements and assessments.

Placement assistance is provided as a value-added service and does not guarantee employment. Job placement depends on student performance, market conditions, and employer requirements.

Students must actively participate in placement preparation activities, interviews, and follow instructions provided by the placement team.

Coding Sharks is not responsible for job offers, salary negotiations, or employment terms between students and hiring companies.

Coding Sharks provides courses and educational services 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or inability to access course materials.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the student for the specific course in question.

Students acknowledge that technical issues, including internet connectivity or platform downtime, may occasionally occur and agree to report such issues promptly.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If negotiation fails, the matter may be referred to mediation or arbitration before pursuing litigation.

Students agree that any legal action must be initiated within one year of the event giving rise to the claim.
